Shipping Policy

Processing Time All orders are processed within 1-2 business days for enamel pins. 3D printed items are made to order and require up to 5-7 business days of processing time before shipment. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Domestic Shipping (United States) We ship via USPS. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order weight and destination. Orders over $35 qualify for free shipping.

International Shipping We ship worldwide via USPS International. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes upon arrival — these are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in our shipping rates.

Delivery Times

Domestic: 2-5 business days after processing
International: 7-21 business days after processing (varies by destination)
Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
